IndSearch Prof. Pramod Parkhi Centre for Banking, Finance & Insurance successfully organized the 12th Inter-Collegiate Research Paper Competition on 15th November 2025 at its Bavdhan Campus
The seminar commenced with the traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, graced by Chief Guest Dr. Ravindra Utgikar (Chief Sales Officer, Wilo Mather & Platt), Director General Dr. Ashok Joshi, Director Dr. Aparna Tembulkar, Dean–UG Dr. Sunita Joshi, and Parkhi Chairman Dr. Rupali Gupte.
Dr. Ashok Joshi delivered the opening remarks, introducing the seminar theme, “Tariff vs. Free Trade.” This was followed by Dr. Rupali Gupte’s briefing on the legacy and objectives of the Parkhi Seminar.
Chief Guest Dr. Ravindra Utgikar shared insightful perspectives on US tariff and trade policies and their implications for the Indian economy.
Dr. Aparna Tembulkar proposed the vote of thanks for the inaugural session.
A total of eleven teams participated in the competition. The jury panel comprised Dr. Vikas Peshave and Prof. Tushar Halbe, who evaluated presentations based on paper content, presentation skills, communication, and responses during the Q&A.
Winners of the Competition:
- First Prize: Kirti Motwani & Hitesh Motwani – IBS, Pune
- Second Prize: Swanand Parkhi & Yogesh Ahire – JDC Bytco, Nashik
- Third Prize: Abhishek Shet & Parth Gupta – IndSearch BMS
The seminar concluded with a formal vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Nilaya Murthy.
