The Prof. Pramod Parkhi Centre for Banking, Finance & Insurance, IndSearch Institute of Management Studies & Research, announces the 13th Inter-Collegiate Research Paper Competition, to be held on Saturday, 21st November 2026 at the IndSearch Bavdhan Campus, Pune.
The theme for this year’s competition is “Energy as an Influencer on National and International Financial Volatility.” The competition provides an opportunity for undergraduate and postgraduate students below the age of 25 to explore contemporary issues related to energy, finance, business and the economy, with faculty guidance permitted.
Participants can explore areas such as energy prices and financial markets, energy costs and corporate profitability, renewable energy and the future of finance, energy imports and exchange rate stability, sustainable supply chains, green jobs, AI and analytics in energy management, and business analytics for sustainable energy management.
Interested students are required to submit an abstract of not more than 250 words. Selected abstracts will be invited for submission of a full research paper of up to 3,000 words. The papers will undergo a double-blind review process, and selected papers may be considered for publication in a peer-reviewed journal or the IndSearch Journal, subject to publication standards.

The competition is an initiative of the Prof. Pramod Parkhi Centre for Banking, Finance & Insurance, established in memory of Prof. Pramod Parkhi, a distinguished practitioner and academician, to promote research and training in the fields of banking, finance and insurance.
