As per the AICTE directives and guidelines on prevention of ragging, IndSearch Institute of Management Studies and Research conducted an Anti-Ragging Awareness Activity for students with the objective of creating awareness about the harmful effects of ragging and promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive campus environment.
The activity emphasized that ragging in any form is strictly prohibited and that every student has the right to pursue education in an atmosphere free from fear, harassment, humiliation, and discrimination. Students were sensitized about responsible behaviour, mutual respect, dignity, and the importance of maintaining healthy relationships within the campus community.
The activity was conducted as part of the institution’s commitment to AICTE guidelines, student safety, discipline, and a positive learning environment. Students were also encouraged to promptly report any incident of ragging to the appropriate college authorities. The programme reinforced the collective responsibility of students, faculty, and the institution in ensuring a safe, inclusive, and ragging-free campus.
