IndSearch Society for Advanced Studies organized its 26th Women Entrepreneurship Development Program on August 22–23, 2025, supported by Jagruti Seva Sanstha and Rotary Club of Pune Metro. The workshop, inaugurated by Rtn. Dr. Madhavi Chouhan and presided over by Dr. Ashok Joshi, aimed to empower underprivileged women with entrepreneurial and managerial skills. Sessions covered management fundamentals, finance, marketing, stress management, and banking facilities. A panel of women entrepreneurs shared inspiring success stories. Certificates and starter kits were distributed to participants. Thirty-two women from Janawadi and nearby communities attended enthusiastically, appreciating the training’s practical value. Many expressed interest in advanced workshops for further growth. The program was coordinated by Prof. Ashwini Joshi, In-Charge of the Women Entrepreneurship Development Cell.
