BMS Report on Marathi Pandharwada Week

Date: - 7th Jan 2019 to 15th Jan 2019

Objective- To create an awareness among the students about Maharashtra and the importance of Marathi language

 

Indsearch College conducted Marathi Pandharwada week from 7th Jan 2019 to 15th Jan 2019 as per SPPU calendar and notice.

  1. Marathi elocution competition was organized on 8th Jan 2019. The topics for the same were
  1. Mahatma Gandhijinche Paryavarniya Drushtikon
  2. Mahatma Gandhijinche Vyavastanpaniya Drushti
  3. Reserve Bankechi Swayatata
  4. Notabandhiche Fayde ani Tothe

 Total 6 students participated in the competition.

The students were judged based on content, communication, language and presentation skills. The Judge for the competition was Dr.Yojana Karve, doctorate in the field of economics and also a specialist in the field of English to Marathi.

The first winner for the competition was Rucha Sahasrabuddhe from BMS- IInd  year and second winner was Sagar Pathak from BMS-IIIrd year.

 

  1. Marathi Slogan competition was organized wherein students had to submit slogans for promoting Marathi language.

A total of 6 students participated in this competition.

All the participants wrote innovative slogans on colourful chart papers and exhibited their creativity talent as well.

The first winner for the competition was Rucha Sahasrabuddhe from BMS IInd year and second winner was Priya Jain from BMS IInd  year.

 

  1. Marathi Handwriting Competition was organized on 9th Jan 2019.

Around 20 students participated in this competition. The students were given an article from the newspaper to write. They were judged based on punctuation skills, neatness in writing and time limit in which they could complete the article.

The first winner for the competition was Purshottam Jamdar from BMS 1st Year and second winner was Rucha Sahasrabuddhe from BMS IInd year.
