Resource Person: Mr. Anvar Rajan

Date: 19th December 2019

A guest lecture was arranged for the BMS students on Gandhian thoughts and his practices and the way they are still significant in the Management studies. Sir, spoke about the qualities of Mahatma Gandhi such as non violence, truth, peace, equality, justice etc.

By giving various examples from Gandhiji’s life, he explained students that He was the man of substance who always believed in Secularism and made people aware about the strength of unity in diversity.

It was through his peaceful struggle against the British, they were forced to go back. These principles are still valid in today’s era of management practices for bringing in peaceful atmosphere and equal opportunities to everyone not only in India but in whole wide world.
