Fit India by BMS students

As per the directives of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and with the objective of keeping India Fit, the students of BMS 1st year undertook a fitness programme where they did some exercises.

The students were instructed by Prof.Devaki Jain and the students undertook some physical exercises like running, walking and some intensive exercises.

The students were taught the importance of fitness in this technology era and why it is important to be fit from the body and mind.

Students were encouraged to play some kind of sports activities and told the importance of exercising for reducing lifestyle diseases.

Thus, the students were motivated to be fit and pursue some kind of sports and do exercises for body and mind daily.
