Indsearch celebrates Sadbhavana Divas and Samajik Eikya Pandhravda

Sadbhavana divas or National unity day is celebrated on 20th August 2019 in memory of late Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi.

Keeping the spirit of the day this day was celebrated at Indsearch with great enthusiasm. Students and faculty both participated wholeheartedly in the celebration.

Celebration was kick started by flagging off of 3km Sadbhavana run. Starting point of the track was institute gate. The track took a U turn after covering half the distance. Two water stations were erected to support the runners. One was at the point of U turn and the other was at the institute gate. The station at the gate was also equipped with medical equipment such as first aid kit. One faculty member drove along with the students to ensure they ran on left hand side of the road and also to monitor the ongoing traffic. The run concluded in the institute premises with happy enthusiasm and cheers.

Students gathered at zero level post run. A few stretches were administered to release strain in running muscles which helped in avoiding pain post run.

Bhupendra Mali, student of second year batch completed the run in 8 minutes and was given first prize at the hands of honorable director mam.

Samajik eikya Pandhravda

To celebrate the Samajik Eikya Pandhravda a singing (Samuh Gaan) event was organized.

“Iitni Shakti hamedena data” was sung by trio of girls from second year, Amruta Mundale, Mayuri iodu and Rutuja Deokar.

The celebration ended on a highly positive note for all participants who left the venue certainly wanting for more
