Consultancy
The Institute offers consultancy services in Marketing, Management Information Systems, Financial Management, Environmental Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Project Appraisal and Costing. Some of the major consultancy assignments undertaken during the last two years are, design of cost accounting and cost control system for a printing press, preparation of a medium range marketing plan for a vaccine manufacturer and analysis of passenger traffic at a metropolitan railway station to determine the media-reach of closed circuit video units.
IndSearch was engaged on a long term consulting assignment for performance evaluation of State level Public Sector Undertaking by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India. IndSearch is also conducting restructuring plans for district level cooperative mill federation funded by NDDB.
