Hence, the need was felt for IT professionals, lawyers, Govt. servants as well as criminal investigation department to redress the issues relating to cyber crimes.

GST is anindirect tax levied inIndia on the sale of goods and services. The tax came into effect from July 1, 2017. The tax replaced existing multiple cascading taxes levied by thecentral andstate governments. GST simplified a slew of indirect taxes with a unified tax and is therefore expected to dramatically reshape the country's economy. GST being a recent enactment enforced by Govt. of India, the need is felt for entrepreneurs, traders, businessmen and consultants to understand the practices & procedures regarding the compliances of this Act.
