Dr. Ashok Joshi visits the University of Wisconsin – Parkside, USA
(IndSearch – University of Wisconsin-Parkside, Student Exchange Program operationalized)
On May 19, 2010, Dr. Ashok Joshi, Director of IndSearch, Pune, and Dr. Sunita Joshi, Associate Dean EC & IRC of IndSearch, Pune, visited the University of Wisconsin-Parkside (UW-P). Mr. Sunil Mali of HSBC, Chicago, and Ms. Glenda Klein, Consultant, Mentoring & Counseling at Chicago, were also with Dr. Ashok Joshi and Dr. Sunita Joshi. Dr. Fred Ebeid, Dean of School of Business and Technology at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and Dr. Ashok Joshi held extensive discussions about the Student Exchange program involving the University of Wisconsin-Parkside students at IndSearch in the years to come.
Five Students of IndSearch, Ketan Patil, Ashlesha Pawar, Rajashree Machikar, Sadanand Ranbhor, Abhishek Deshmukh in 2010 and eight students of IndSearch, Shivani Aserkar, Rohit Purandare, Kartik Bijapurkar, Aniruddha Rasal, Shraddha Pradhan, Snehal Bagadiya, Bhavarth Dekhane and Rugvedita Shelar in 2011 were selected for summer course under the exchange program. All the students have completed the program successfully.
On May 20, 2010, Dr. Ashok Joshi and Dr. Sunita Joshi had a lunch-on meeting with Chancellor Deborah Ford, Associate Provost Dennis Rome, Dean Fred Ebeid, Associate Dean Dirk Baldwin, Prof. Suresh Chalasani, Prof. Stu Hansen, Prof. Farida Khan and Prof. Roby Rajan.

‘IndSearch – UW-P’ Alumni Club was formed in the presence of Prof. Parag Dhumal of UW-P, Dr. Ashok Joshi, Director, IndSearch and Dr. Sunita Joshi, Associate Dean of IndSearch. The Alumni club was formed on a dinner meeting on 16th August 2011. The club will focus on having a collaborative platform for all students, professors for exchange of information, ideas and to grow the association between UW-P and IndSearch. The club is keen to welcome UW-P exchange students at IndSearch. In his brief visit, Prof. Parag Dhumal visited IndSearch and interacted with the MBA students.
