The Distinguished Alumni Awards announced for 2012

IndSearch takes great pride in announcing the Distinguished Alumni Awards for the year 2012.

The names and brief profiles of the Distinguished Alumni felicitated with the award this year are as follows:

1. Ms. Shubhalakshami Panse – Alumnus MMS- batch 1992-93
Ms Shubhalakshami Panse is the CMD Designate of the Allahabad Bank. Currently she holds the position of Executive Director Vijaya Bank. Ms. Panse has 31 years of professional experience in all areas of banking, right from Retail banking to Corporate Banking at various level of management. Specialisation in Corporate credit appraisal, project financing- appraisal, implementation and monitoring, Information technolgy, introduction of all e-delivery channels, setting up of a data centre, CBS implementation, Planning the IT budget and implementing various IT plans where the average plan size is in the range of Rs 89 to 100 crores of capex and Rs. 50crores in opex. Her core competencies include Planning & implementation of various I.T.projects, monitoring the business plan implementation as well as budgeting and forecasting,vendor management and customer relationship management at the Top management level.

2. Mr. Shajan George – Alumnus MPM Batch 1992-1994
Currently he is the Technical Director Reichle & De-Massari (R&M)for their India and SAARC operations. He also has certification in Data Centre Design to his credit. A graduate from the Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya, Mr. Shajan George completed his Masters Degree in Personnel Management from IndSearch under the University of Pune in the year 1994.
Mr Shajan George has rich and varied industrial experience. He started his career with M/s Sartorius Biotech India Pvt Ltd in Bangalore. Later he joined CMS Computers Ltd as a Product Manager –Networking.His next assignment was with Allied Telesyn International Pte Ltd.as a Prinicpal Consultant followed by a stint with BNA Technology Consulting Ltd as a Vice President-Stratgeic Business. Currently he is the Technical Director, India & SAARC for
Reichle & De-Massari India Pvt. Ltd.

He is also a certified Mountaineer and Rock climber.

3. Ms. Meghana Chitale – Alumnus MCM Batch 1996-98
She is currently the Director - Product Management at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services –FRS Global. She has 12 years experience of working in management, product implementation, analysis and design. She has an experience in developing regulatory products for APAC Region.
She also has planned & delivered 9 country Products in 4 years. (Total Product Developed & delivered – 11). She is a domain expert in forward developments and new product developments which involves scoping to delivery. Her core competencies include Regulatory Compliance Product Development, Team Management, Customer Interactions & Implementations and Assisting PreSales & Product Presentations.
