IndSearch Alumni Cell have proven themselves as trusted professionals across industries and organizations in Manufacturing, Services, IT, Small & Medium Enterprises as well as in big blue-chip companies. They are today working with many well known and established organizations as well as with young and growing ventures, in India and abroad.
The IndSearch alumni are known for their realistic expectations, appreciated for their willingness to learn and respected for their hands-on expertise. Through IndEx, the IndSearch alumni association, seniors regularly share their experience and expertise with current students, to help their young teammates learn from the past, adapt to the present and to benefit from the strong foundations built by the alumni's accomplishments.
On January 26 th every year, we have an Alumni Meet, which is very well attended by our alumni. Alumni come back to the portals of their Alma Mater and experience nostalgia. They meet their classmates and faculty and share their experiences with one and all.

We were given complete assistance for the summer project as well as for the final placements. Another good practice at IndSearch has been to take a continuous feedback from the students about the conduct of the course as well as the extra- curricular activities and to take corrective actions wherever necessary. |

I joined IndSearch for I wanted to do the PGDEM Course, where I was inspired to join the MPM course as well. While with IndSearch I got my first internship with MBT (Mahindra British Telecom) and second with Persistent Systems, which became very hectic to manage along with my dual courses and it would not have been possible if it were not for the very supportive faculty. Looking back at IndSearch I think whatever I have achieved is mainly because of IndSearch. I don’t think that I would have been placed in such a good company if it were not for IndSearch. |

Through IndSearch, I was able to mark out the difference between sales and marketing management. The importance of management in professional life was realized only after doing this course. The benefits of this course are now realized when I implement these management techniques in my work and thinking. The expert faculty often took tests based on practical knowledge, which always kept us updated about current topics. Exhaustive presentations and group discussions gave us a chance to express our capacity and caliber in our public speaking skills. In accordance with the academic flow, the cultural and sports activities reminded us of actual college days which otherwise could not have been realized while doing job. It was a great experience while doing this course.
